Return and Refund Policy

At Mayii, a trademark of BabaTraders, we offer a 7-day return policy exclusively for defective products. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is found to be defective.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mayii.store. We highly recommend that you take photos and, if possible, a video of the unboxing process for any defective SKUs. This will assist us in evaluating the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange an auto pickup for the defective item and provide a replacement. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will ensure that the issue is addressed promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the defective item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
