🛍️ Standard Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy exclusively for defective products. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility: Item must be defective, unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return: Email us at contact@mayii.store with photos/video of the defect and unboxing. Auto pickup will be arranged if accepted.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival. If damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@mayii.store with photos and your order details.
🔁 Exchanges
For faster service, return the defective item and place a new order. Exchanges are not handled directly.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of approval.

All concert merch sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Damage claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. Email contact@mayii.store or call 9813077772.
Once verified, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
📸 Polaroid Prints Return Policy
All Polaroid photo prints are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each print is made-to-order and personalized, hence we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit.
In case of damage, email us with unboxing photos within 2 days of delivery.
